Why Investing in Trust Deeds is a Good Idea
Trust deeds are one of the most lucrative ways to earn a living through investing in real estate. They are used in many states throughout the United States in place of mortgages, and also in a number of countries of the world. When I say trust deeds are a great way to invest, it is because the return of investment is often very high, very often more than 10% per month, and this is due to the high interest rates being applied in most loans backed up by deeds of trust.
The advantage of trust deeds lies in their added security; a trustee is appointed to safeguard the property title deed and this is not the same as mortgages. So if the loan payment is defaulted by the borrower, the trustor can still recoup the loss by selling the property listed on the title deed, and disburse the balance back to the lender.
